How long will my order take?

Most furniture takes about 6-8 weeks to manufacture. When you place your order we’ll give you an approximate delivery date. When your order is ready, we’ll contact you regarding delivery.

Smaller items [like clocks, interiors products, kitchenware] are delivered much quicker and should be with you within 7 days.

Can you make a bespoke design for me?

We’re able to customise our designs and create something just for you to suit your exact needs. If you have seen something you like but want it a little longer, wider or taller - or want something totally different, please contact us to discuss your ideas.

How do I care for my product?

Interiors products are sealed and finished and shouldn’t need much more than a damp cloth rubbed over them from time to time.

Oiled kitchen products will naturally dry out over time. When this happens, you can re-apply the any of your favorite cooking oil, eg. olive oil, and then wipe off any excess. To clean, run under hot water and scrub with soap as required and dry off as soon as you can. Never soak or put in a dishwasher!

Can I visit the workshop?

We’d love to see you! We get visitors from all over the UK most weeks; in the showroom you can see some examples of my work ‘in the flesh’.

The showroom opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and some Saturdays when needed! We generally close on bank holidays – please contact us to check someone will be in!

The product I received is slightly different from the image in your shop.

This is because no one wooden product is the same as another. If you are dissatisfied with what we sent you, please send it back for a full refund or replacement. We won't quibble this.

Can I wait to view the goods before my final payment?

We require full payment before your goods are despatched; please see our returns policy for further information.

How can I pay?

We accept all major cards, apple pay and paypal, cash or cheque.

Are your products guaranteed?

Of course. Look after them, and they'll last forever. If you have any problem or question, please let us know and we'll sort it out for you.
