We deliver at different prices, depending on the delivery location and size of the product. We also offer free UK delivery on some smaller item orders. You can see the delivery cost for each item in the section or on each of the product details pages, as well as estimated delivery times.
1. Royal Mail, typically used for orders which are smaller.
2. Courier for larger furniture items as a kerbside delivery
3. Collection - you are welcome to come and collect your order from our studio in Newcastle once it has been made.

When you place your order with us it starts a process that ends with you receiving your goods in perfect condition.
We thought you might like to know how this works...
Stock items are turned around very quickly as we know they are often bought as gifts so as soon as your order is received we act on it, package it securely and then we send to your delivery address with Royal Mail.
Larger furniture items are all hand made to order and therefore they may have a manufacture period. Will be i touch to advise how long this might be but typical large furniture ships in 8-10 weeks.
Once your furniture has been lovingly made we extend the process by building a strong packing crate especially for your order. We have to do this as we want it to fit snuggly and we have many different products and sizes we send in this way.
Here you can see how carefully we pack each large furniture item and spray the outside with care instructions for our couriers who are specialists in transporting these kind of goods.
Once your item is ready for dispatch we will be in touch just to confirm where and when it is going and that someone will be home to receive it. Some of these items are heavy and when this is the case your courier driver will place them inside the house or office for you but please do take great care when you open the packing cases, we don’t want you to damage anything when you unpack.
Instructions on how to unpack with be provided to you attached to your packing case but it is simple. The case just requires you to unscrew the parts.
