All items are handmade, in our workshops in Newcastle upon Tyne. This means that items can take 7 days for us to make and deliver them to you. We always endeavour to deliver more quickly whenever we can, and some smaller items and products are held in stock so those will arrive much faster.

When your piece is ready for delivery we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for it to arrive.
